Record a dose when you take it, keep Unsure when you cannot remember, and check your history later. Record what you know • Confirm a completed dose or mark Unsure without guessing. • Keep starting and confirming separate: starting a dose never marks it as taken. • For scheduled doses with several steps, record each unit separately.
