Ecrino is the CRM for jewellery designers and gem dealers — and this is the half of it that belongs in your hand. The app works the same books as the web: the same studio, the same colleagues, the same projects. It is deliberately not the desktop shrunk. A phone gets opened between other things — at a fair with a parcel in one hand, at the bench with a drawing on the desk, in the car after a fitting — so it does the handful of things that are worse anywhere else. CAPTURE Photograph or film a stone and file it straight onto the record it belongs to. A sketch on the bench becomes a new design in the same motion.
