Combine task management and financial tracking within a single work log. The Kanban board displays tasks based on completion status, tracking elapsed time and cumulative wait times to help you decide when to start new work. The flow chart reconstructs daily volume based on task history and updates automatically when tasks are deleted. Velocity metrics support 3-, 5-, and 7-day observation windows; alternatively, you can manually estimate velocity by inputting completion counts and time spent, then combine this with your target cycle to receive recommendations for Work-in-Progress (WIP) limits. The ledger records income and expenses by task, summarizing receipts, expenditures, and net totals.
