English Tiles: Learn Words

English Tiles is a short, structured vocabulary course for Japanese-speaking English beginners. Before the game starts, you can see what you will learn and why each lesson exists. Every unit follows five visible lessons: 1. LEARN 1 introduces six words by picture and sound 2. CONNECT links pictures, Japanese meanings, and English 3. LEARN 2 adds six practical words 4. RECALL mixes earlier words without hints 5. LISTEN asks you to find meaning from English sound alone Practice happens on a playful 5×8 board. Tap two orthogonally adjacent tiles. If they share the same meaning, the connected group clears and you hear the English pronunciation. English can match English, Japanese can match Japanese, and pictures can match pictures—the meaning is what matters. Included units • Breakfast Words: familiar nouns • Morning Actions: everyday verbs • Station English: practical travel vocabulary…
