Enough

Enough adds a moment to think before using distracting apps. Choose the apps you want to protect using Apple's Screen Time controls. When you open a blocked app, Enough shows your personal message and a Dismiss button. If you still want access, open Enough yourself, tap Unblock, wait, then confirm Unblock to begin a timed session. You decide when to close Enough and open your chosen app. MAKE THE PAUSE YOURS • Choose a wait from 1 to 60 seconds. • Set any whole-minute session from 1 to 480 minutes. • Write your own countdown question and block-screen message. • Use a black or white countdown theme, with an optional personal photo. • Adjust the photo's crop, strength and grayscale. • Choose English or Ukrainian in settings.
