epiMeda

epiMeda is a mobile medical data collection and integration platform designed for healthcare professionals. It enables easily configurable medical forms and protocols to be completed on smartphones and tablets, with the collected data securely transferred to Healthcare Information Systems (HIS). Data collection forms are created using a dedicated web-based configuration portal. Each form field can be individually configured according to its purpose, data type, validation rules, and coding requirements, including the use of openEHR archetypes for structured clinical data. Multimedia integration allows photos, videos, and other digital content to be attached to any form field.
