Error Ledger

Error Ledger is a ledger of incorrect questions. Record the question, incorrect answer, correct answer, and reason for the error on the same card, and then organize them by subject, label, and reason. You can take a photo of the card or attach an image from the album to set a date for the next correction, star the key questions, and silently write the answer, compare and analyze, mark the hit or still wrong in the "Fix Exercise". Suitable for students who need to truly correct their mistakes in a closed loop: record, review, practice, and review charts, all completed in the same local ledger.
