Everybody Out: Animal Escape

Everybody Out is a one-thumb puzzle. Mice, chickens, rabbits and hedgehogs sit on a small floor, each facing a direction. Tap one and it runs the way its nose points until something stops it. If it can't run, it turns a quarter clockwise. Get everybody out through the holes in the walls in as few taps as you can. THE HOUSE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE A sleeping cat catches anyone who stops beside her. A fox catches anyone who stops in his line of sight, unless they stop beside the farm dog, who sleeps through all of it. Traps snap. A prowling cat takes a step toward you after every tap. In the wood, a fire spreads. FOUR PLACES TO GET OUT OF The pantry, where the exterminator is on his way. The kitchen, where the cat is back from the vet. The coop, where the fox has found the gap in the fence. The wood, where somebody left a campfire. The barn, where the creek is over its banks and the piglets…
