Fairloom

Splitting rent evenly isn't fair when the rooms aren't equal. The roommate with the master bedroom and private bath shouldn't pay the same as the one next to a noisy elevator with no closet. Fairloom scores every room on what it actually offers, then calculates a rent split that's genuinely fair — no spreadsheets, no arguments. HOW IT WORKS Add each room and score it on size, natural light, closet space, bathroom access, and noise Fairloom calculates a weighted fair-share percentage for every room Adjust the weights yourself — care more about bathroom access than square footage?
