Every harvest from your fields and barns carries a product passport: where it was picked, the weather that day, and how it was processed in your workshop. Shelves show origin and freshness, not just a count. Town buildings send contracts; your courier delivers to the door. You are not stocking a generic supermarket chain—you run a traceable local brand. PRODUCT PASSPORTS AND FRESHNESS - Harvest records: field or barn, day, season, and weather. - Workshop batches update the passport: machine, ingredients, production day. - Wholesale crates are marked separately; your own harvest is priced differently. - Same-day harvest is worth more; stale goods can draw complaints.
