Fence the Sheep In

This is a fun little strategy game. Each turn the sheep move by that level's rule: they follow the grass, and they reverse when the way is blocked. You build 1 fence segment a turn. Get every sheep into the pen, and don't wall yourself off. You do not push the sheep, and they do not charge at you. You only change an edge of the meadow: one fence segment, or one dog that sits and stays. Only some levels let you place the dog. A turn works like this: Look at each sheep's next step. Nothing moves yet. Place 1 fence segment, place the dog, or wait. Waiting does not spend a segment. Every sheep still outside moves one step at the same time. All inside, and the level is clear. If a sheep can no longer reach the mouth, or the fences and the dog are gone and the sheep are still circling, the run ends. The pen has one mouth. Until every sheep is in, your fence cannot seal it.
