Ferraro Admin

Ferraro Admin is the staff app for restaurants that take pickup orders through a Ferraro ordering website. Customers order on the restaurant's own site. This app is where the restaurant receives those orders and works through them. You need an account from your restaurant to sign in. There is no sign-up in the app. ORDERS - A new order opens on screen with its items, notes and total. Confirm it with a ready time, or decline it with a reason. - Push notifications tell you about new orders when the app is in the background or the device is locked. - Move each order from preparing to ready to completed. The customer gets an email when their order is confirmed, ready, or declined. - Look up earlier orders in History.
