Fexo Video GIF Maker & Editor

Turn any video or a handful of photos into a real, looping GIF in seconds. Fexo GIF Maker is a complete GIF studio for iPhone and iPad, and every part of it runs on your device. Pick a clip from your library or record a new one, scrub the filmstrip to the exact moment you want, set the frame rate, speed and quality, and export a genuine animated GIF that plays properly in the Photos app. Prefer stills? Multi-select your photos, drag them into the order you want, tune each frame's delay, and watch them come to life. Then open the full editor. Crop, resize, retime, reverse, boomerang or compress your GIF with a live preview that shows the real result before you commit. Layer on captions with 13 fonts, outlines, shadows, gradient fills and eight animated entrances. Drop in emoji and stickers, pinch to scale, twist to rotate. Finish with a filter across every frame.
