fitIQ is the companion app for people who train with a coach through fitIQ Teams. It takes what your Apple Watch already records and sends it to your organisation, so your coach can see your training beside everyone else's without you exporting anything or filling in a log. What it shares, once you allow it: - Steps, distance and flights climbed - Active and basal energy - Heart rate, resting heart rate and heart rate variability - Blood oxygen and respiratory rate - Sleep - Workouts, with their heart rate traces Before any of that is requested, the app names every organisation that will receive it, lists exactly which measures are included, and tells you that connecting also sends up to two years of history, not just today onwards.
