Fjallout Bakery is the order-ahead app for the Fjallout Ranch Farm to Table store — a family operation in the high canyon country southwest of Colorado Springs. Everything is baked to order in our ranch kitchen under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act: naturally fermented sourdough loaves, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and cookies sweetened with honey and erythritol — never refined sugar — plus pasture-raised eggs collected daily.
