Folio Words

Folio Words is a vocabulary notebook for any pair of languages you can type — from Spanish to Albanian, from German to Russian. Every dictionary is a page of squared paper: a word on one side, its pair on the other, and tally marks in the margin showing how well you know it. A right answer adds a stroke, a miss rubs one out, and five strokes means the word is learned in that direction. WRITE YOUR OWN DICTIONARIES • Create as many dictionaries as you like, name the two languages yourself, and give each its own colour. • Add notes under any word — verb forms, examples, gender, a memory trick. Long notes are welcome. • Search your words and sort them by date added or alphabetically in either language.
