Found: A Phone Mystery

A phone comes back without its owner. Found hands you a recovered phone from a real case file and asks you to do what the original investigation didn't: read all of it. The messages, the photographs, the mail, the notes, the call log, the files, the maps. Everything the owner left behind is still there, in the apps where they left it, and nothing tells you which part matters. Then search it the way you would search your own. Notice a photograph timestamped after someone swore they had gone home. Save it. Find the message that names a place the file says nobody went.
