About Frequa
Frequa turns sound into states of mind. Put on your headphones, choose a program, and let precisely tuned frequencies guide you into focus, calm, creativity, or deep meditation. HOW IT WORKS Frequa generates binaural beats in real time: two slightly different tones, one in each ear. Your hearing perceives the difference as a gentle pulse your attention can settle into. The approach goes back to Robert Monroe's Hemi-Sync work and the Monroe Institute, examined in a 1983 report later released by the CIA. PROGRAMS • Creative Flow: the theta-alpha border for ideas and images • Motivation: bright beta with a 40 Hz spark • Expanded Awareness: Focus-12 logic, deep theta • Transcendence: Focus-21 logic, delta and gamma • Third Eye: a 963 Hz carrier • Earth Resonance: the 7.83 Hz Schumann tone Plus a full set of pure Solfeggio tones and a Custom mode to build your own frequency. MADE FOR Focus…
