Gegating

Gegating helps dragon boat paddlers keep each training session organized and make the next one more focused. Start a training timer and record sets as you go. After training, add your stroke rate, how the session felt, and notes about your technique. Turn those observations into a clear focus for next time, then revisit it in your training review. Weekly goals and visual summaries bring your sessions, training time, and recurring notes together, so you can see your progress without searching through scattered records. You can also save a voice note and create a card to recap a session or plan. From recording to reflection, Gegating gives every practice a clearer purpose.
