Every match feeds the turret of that color and a turret only ever fires at its own color. Match red and your red gun answers. Which colour you match is the whole decision. Charms turn up rarely on ordinary gems and break the rules for a move: a prism that joins a run of any color, a lance that takes a whole row and column, a stormglass that makes your entire line fire at once.
