GETH Connected

GETH Connected is a workplace peer-recognition app. Employees at a subscribing company use it to send each other digital recognition cards (across categories like Communication, Creativity, Collegiality, and Competence) that are tied to physical QR cards handed out in the office. The app also gives each employee AI-generated insights into the recognition they've received over time, and lets managers approve/acknowledge recognitions within their team. Target users are employees and managers at companies that have subscribed to the GETH Connected platform (B2B, invite-only — there is no public consumer sign-up).
