Glizzy Golf is the official record of hot dogs at golf courses. It brings a proper scoring rubric to a subject that has never had one. THE RUBRIC Every dog is scored on four weighted categories: • The Dog (40%): Flavor, snap, meat quality. All beef versus mystery tube. • The Bun (20%): Structural integrity above all. Does it survive to the next tee? • Condiment Bar (20%): Spread and quality. Packets are a penalty. • Halfway House Vibe (20%): The shack, the operator, the view. HOW IT'S COOKED MATTERS Grilled, roller, and steamed dogs can score anything. Boiled dogs are capped at 6.0. Microwaved dogs are capped at 3.0.
