Goodbye, Boy is a reality-based multi-perspective narrative game. On the eve of Typhoon Khanun in 2012, a boat off Nantian Island never made it to dawn. Seventeen-year-old Zhou Yu died that night, and those who survived each kept their own version: some wrote it as a memorial, some buried it in medical records and agreements, some pressed it into a memoir, and some went fourteen years without saying the boy's name again. Fourteen years later, a survivor now called Lin Wu returns to the island to work on Jiang Lan's memoir project.
