It helps the team receive and manage customer orders, confirm preparation times, update order status, and print kitchen tickets through approved Star printers. Features include: • Live queues for new, preparing, ready, and active orders • Secure staff authentication with MFA and role-based access • USB-C and Ethernet/LAN kitchen printing • Primary-terminal and duplicate-print protection • Audited reprints and management actions • Staff notifications and store controls An authorized H&A staff account is required.
