HandoverVault

Snag lists that prove the work was done. HandoverVault is a site handover and defect inspection app for builders, tradies and site supervisors. Walk the site, photograph every defect, mark it up, assign it to the right trade, then hand your client a signed, branded report — all from your iPhone or iPad. BEFORE AND AFTER, NOT JUST A LIST OF COMPLAINTS Every defect keeps two sets of photos: the problem as you found it, and the rectification once it's fixed. Your report lays them side by side, so your client sees the proof, not just the problem. SEND EACH TRADE ONLY THEIR ITEMS Assign defects to your saved contacts, then filter the list by trade. Export an extract for one subcontractor and the plumber gets his eight items, not all ninety-four. Every extract is clearly marked as partial, so it's never mistaken for the full handover.
