Hatchling: Dino Habit Buddy

Hatchling is a gentle habit app with a friend inside: Pip, a little dino who lives on your iPhone and Apple Watch. When you eat, drink water, move, breathe or take your vitamins, Pip feels it too. Look after yourself and Pip grows, earns Leaves and dresses up. There are no streaks to break and no scolding. A slow day is allowed. JUST SAY WHAT YOU ATE Tell Pip about a meal the way you'd tell a friend: "two eggs, sourdough toast with avocado and an iced oat milk latte." Hatchling Plus reads it, keeps brands and amounts, and checks the numbers against USDA data. You can also search foods, save meals for one-tap logging, and fix a meal on any day. PROTEIN, FIBER AND MORE See protein, fiber, carbs and fat add up through the day. Pick the daily goals that fit you: protein, fiber, water, movement snacks, a 30-minute workout, mindful minutes, vitamins or meds, rest and sleep, or taking a break…
