Headcount — Group Pings

Headcount is the smallest possible group app. Every group gets one control on your panel: a button that pings everyone, or a switch the whole group can see. Press a button and everyone in the group gets its message on their lock screen. They answer with a reaction, and the group's page lights up as people come in. Flip a switch and everyone hears the new state, like "Someone home: Yes", without anyone typing a word.
