Health Bridge for AI sends Apple Health data you choose from your iPhone to Health Bridge running on a computer you control. Use that data with your own local tools and AI workflows. What you need • The iPhone app • Health Bridge Receiver on a Mac or Linux computer No account or sign-in is required. The install guide walks you through setting up the computer component and pairing your iPhone. Choose what the app can read Apple’s Health permission screen lets you allow or deny each supported category. Health Bridge only reads categories you allow. It does not write, edit, or delete Apple Health records. Choose a connection Direct is the default connection and sends data to the receiver you configured.
