hesitate locks the apps you choose while you focus, so you can stay on task. ■ How it works · Pick a set length, like 25 min, and focus for that long. · Set any length from 1 min to 3 hr 59 min. 5, 10, 15, 25, 45 and 60 min are one tap away. · Give the task you're focusing on a name and a color, and group tasks into projects. Or just start without one. ■ History and sharing · Every day you complete a session counts as a focus day, and History shows your focus time in detail. · Turn your focus time into a card image and send it to others. You can use your own photo, too. · Export your whole history as a CSV file to keep for yourself. · iCloud backup is on by default.
