About HHT Compass
HHT Compass is the patient diary app for the DIAMOND clinical study. It is intended only for enrolled study participants and study staff. Participants record nosebleed episodes, including duration and blood-flow intensity. The app also provides a history, daily reminders, and options to report technical or data-related problems. Access requires an email address, Patient ID, and Study ID provided by study staff. New accounts must be reviewed by the study team. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted. The app requires a 4-digit PIN, with optional biometric unlock.
