Hockey Shoot-out

Hockey Shoot-out runs a shoot-out the way the rules describe it, for umpires, technical officials and team managers. THE 8-SECOND TIMER Tap anywhere the moment the whistle goes. The screen floods green and counts down in tenths; at exactly 8.000 seconds it flips red, beeps and buzzes. Stray touches are ignored while it runs. The count is taken off the clock, so it is right even if the phone locks mid-attempt. THE WHOLE SHOOT-OUT Team names and colours, players with shirt numbers (or a block of numbers in one tap), five named attackers and a goalkeeper per team, and the toss: who won it and whether they chose to attack or defend first. Then whose turn it is, who is attacking, who is keeping, the eight seconds, and one tap for Goal or No goal.
