START FROM HOME Choose Sleep, Focus or Unwind. Pick a direction for your moment, then start a mix that fits. TWELVE READY MIXES Browse all 12 ready mixes, from rain by the fire to water for focus. Tap one to play it, or open Create Your Mix and make your own. SHAPE EACH SOUND Drag vertically on a sound tile to set its level. The visible Adjust button opens its details, including named controls such as Drizzle to Downpour. SLEEP TIMER Set the sleep timer from the toolbar. Your mix stops when the time is up.
