iHost is a building maintenance management platform for landlords and property management organisations. It connects tenants with authorised contractors while giving landlords and property managers control and visibility over their portfolios. The goal is simple: tenants and contractors manage day-to-day maintenance directly, without landlords needing to get involved in every conversation, appointment or update. Landlords stay in control Landlords set up properties, manage contractors and control which contractors are authorised to work at each property. They can view tenants, monitor maintenance activity and oversee their portfolio.
