i12 is for the small, ordinary decision that nobody wants to be the one to raise. Coffee. Lunch. A cigarette. A drink after work. Somebody has to ask first, and asking makes you the person who asked — so most of the time nobody does, and everybody stays at their desk. i12 replaces the asking with a button. HOW IT WORKS Make a group and give it a label — Coffee, Lunch, 퇴근 후 한잔 — whatever your group actually calls it. Set a target: how many people it takes before going is worth it. When you want to go, tap the button. That is the whole interaction. Your tap adds one to the count. The screen shows how many are in, how many are needed, and how much of the gap is left. When the target is reached, everyone gets one notification: everyone's in — go. If the target is not reached, the round expires on its own. Nobody has to remember to reset anything.
