Idee:val

Meet your new guide for personal growth. Idee:val is a goal management and journaling app that helps you become the person you want to be. It's not just about tracking the number or checking things off a list. It's about exploring who you are through the process of intentionally pursuing your goals. The app build around GIRA (Goal, Identity, Reflection, Action), a growth framework that connect the Goal with the Identity you want to build, use Reflection to continuously evolve that Identity, which then drives Action toward the Goal and strengthens the Identity in return. This creates a continuous cycle of growth, ultimately helping you create lasting changes in your daily routines and habits and achieve personal growth. Check-in with Media Don’t just tick a box.
