InkVellum

InkVellum is a handwriting notebook for people who study from paper-like pages: problem sets, lecture slides, and messy class notes that still need to stay searchable by how you filed them. Keep the prompt and the solution on separate layers. Hide a layer when you recite. Bring it back when you check. The page underneath does not get rewritten. Cover a line with washi tape and tap to peel it. Use it for vocabulary, formulas, or anything you want to test yourself on without making a second notebook. Record while you write. On playback, the strokes you made at that moment highlight in time with the audio, so a lecture recording points back to the ink, not a separate file. Import a PDF and mark the original page with fountain pen, ballpoint, and highlighter. Nested tags such as Math / Calculus / Mistakes sit in the sidebar instead of a single folder pile. Notebooks can sync over iCloud…
