JewellerDesk: Jeweler's Bench

WHAT IT DOES JewellerDesk is an offline intake record for a jewelry repair counter. It records the condition a piece came in, before the work is agreed, and produces the receipt the customer keeps. The intake, in the order it happens • Customer, ticket reference and who took it in. The app does not number jobs for you, so the envelope and the record cannot disagree • The item as the customer describes it, and as you see it • Every stone counted and marked secure, loose, missing or not checked. A stone lost later stops being an argument about when • Condition photographs at the counter, before anything is agreed. A note written afterwards says nothing about what came in.
