JournalBlock holds your phone until the page is written. Pick the sittings your day needs. A morning one, an evening one, as many as you want. Give each a time, a name, and its own questions. The first sitting of the day is owed from midnight. Until you write it, the apps you chose stay shut. Open one and you get a card naming the sitting you owe and a button that takes you to the page. Write it, and your phone comes back.
