Junkfoodselfie blocks your food-delivery apps on the days you choose, using Apple's Screen Time. When you try to open one anyway, the app asks for one honest moment before it unlocks: a live selfie — looking yourself in the eye — or pressing and holding a promise you wrote to yourself. Most nights, that pause is all it takes. THE LOCK Pick your danger days and the apps that do the damage. On those days they go dark — enforced by Screen Time, right on the app icon.
