Karakuri Vault - Puzzle Book

A puzzle game that turns your foldable iPhone into Grandfather's karakuri book — a hollow book that is secretly a safe. The closed outer screen is the cover, the left and right sides of the open inner screen are the spread, and the fold is the book's gutter. How you handle the book is the puzzle. 22 puzzles in all. ■ The hinge is the dial • Opening the book moves a needle across marks 1–9. Hold still for 0.7 s to set a number. • You align by watching the needle, so you never need to know exact angles.
