Kept is a calm, private place to create realistic rhythms, record what happened, and see your Reliability build over time. CREATE YOUR RHYTHM • Make one-off or repeating Promises on the weekdays you choose. • Keep more than one Promise on the same day. • Plan a one-off Promise or the start of a rhythm up to seven days ahead. • Add an optional Target and Extra without making them requirements. RETURN AT THE RIGHT TIME • Add one optional local reminder to any one-off or repeating Promise. • Keep the separate evening check-in for days that remain unresolved. • Notification text stays generic and never shows your Promise. • Pause a repeating Promise honestly and choose when it should return. RECORD WHAT HAPPENED • Resolve every Promise independently as Kept or Missed. • Return to earlier unresolved Promises…
