About KettleForge
KettleForge is an interval timer for kettlebell sport that counts your reps while you lift. Set your rounds of work and rest, prop the phone against a wall, and start. The front camera watches the movement pattern and counts — no wearable, no sensor on the bell, no tapping between sets. COUNTS THE COMPETITION LIFTS Long cycle, jerk and snatch are recognised by the shape of the movement itself, not by a shake or a buzz. Each one has been counted in front of the camera against a real set and checked rep for rep. More lifts are on the way and they are listed in the app, greyed out, so you can see what is coming rather than wondering. Camera missed one? Tap the count and it goes in. START WITHOUT TOUCHING THE PHONE Raise either hand above your head for two seconds and the set begins. The count box pulses and ticks once a second so you know you have been seen — which matters three metres…
