KeyTurning is built for managers who open new locations: stores, offices, warehouses, clinics and pickup points. It replaces the spreadsheet and the to-do list with a dependency chain — every node knows what it waits for, and the opening forecast is recalculated the moment anything changes. Create a launch from a built-in scenario or your own template, set a start and a target date, and the scheduler lays out every node on working days with holidays, lead times and slack. Nodes on the critical path are marked, gate nodes that must close before opening are tracked separately, and a Green, Amber or Red confidence badge tells you at a glance whether the date will hold.
