KOS is Kronelift's operations app for elevator maintenance and installation. Field teams see their work orders on the phone, tick off the checklist, consume stock and close the job with a signature. Customers follow the status of their elevators, fault records, offers and invoices. Managers watch the daily workload, the fault queue and the live location of field teams. • Field: shift, work order, checklist, material use, signed handover • Offline: records are kept on the device when the connection drops and are sent automatically once the network is back • Customer portal: elevator status, fault reporting, offer approval, invoices • Management: dashboard, fault triage, job assignment, live map KOS is for Kronelift staff and customers only; an account created by the company is required to sign in.
