Lay-It-Down Wholesale is a business-to-business wholesale workflow for independent dealerships and licensed wholesale buyers. It serves qualified businesses, not employees or partners of one specific company. Dealers create a controlled listing for non-retail-ready inventory, choose which verified wholesale buyers receive it, and keep photos, questions, messages, and offers tied to the unit. Buyers see listings shared with their organization and can respond with private offers. Private listings, not a closed company audience: buyers never see competing offers, the highest offer does not automatically win, and the dealer chooses which offer, if any, to accept.
