A two-player pricing rivalry inspired by the prisoner's dilemma. Your friend has a lemonade stand. So do you. There are only ten customers—and neither of you knows what the other will charge. Choose a price, serve original or strawberry lemonade, and decide whether protection is worth the cost. Undercut your rival to win the crowd, or risk a higher price for a better margin.
