LessonLedger: Student Tracker

LessonLedger is the easy but powerful bookkeeper for independent teachers. If you teach piano, tennis, math, or anything one student at a time, it keeps the part you'd rather not think about — who came, who owes you, and how much — straight and current, without a spreadsheet. TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS - Add a student in seconds: name, rate, and a weekly schedule (one day or multiple days per week). - Each lesson drops into "Needs Attention" when its time passes. One tap: Attended, Skipped, or Canceled. - Balances update as you go. The home screen shows who's behind, and by how much. BILL THE WAY YOU ALREADY WORK - Charge per lesson, per week, or per month. - Set your own rules for no-shows and late cancellations: full rate, a percentage, a flat fee, or nothing. - Record payments with the method you actually use. Adjust a balance by hand when you need to reconcile. FREE, AND USEFUL ON…
