Local Receipts: Track Expenses

Photograph a receipt, look over what it says, and keep a record of your spending that lives with you. Local Receipts straightens the photo, reads the printed text, and suggests the merchant, date, total, tax and tip. You confirm them and tap Save. You never create an account, and your photos never reach us. FROM PAPER TO RECORD • Use the camera, pick a photo you already took, or type a receipt in with no photo at all • The app finds where the paper ends and sets the four corners for you. Drag any corner that is off, or rotate the picture. If it cannot find the paper, it says so and uses the whole photo • Brightened evens out shadows and faded print.
