Lumen — Light Reports

Lumen helps community inspection teams find lighting issues, record clear observations, and send coordinated reports to the people responsible for repairs. Connect your work device using your community's setup code. Enter your name, find a light on the labeled map or by its identifier, and record an outage with optional notes and photos. Connected devices receive a shared inventory of light locations and identifiers. Authorized setup users can add and correct locations. Each inspector keeps an independent patrol, so another inspector's selections do not replace your active report. Work saves on your device first, with synchronization and report delivery available when connected. Review your reported issues, organized by location, then submit.
