Lumi makes it easy to keep track of your baby’s naps. Start and stop a nap with one tap on iPhone or Apple Watch, and watch the timer count up. See today’s naps and total sleep in History. Browse previous days and follow patterns over time. Log a feeding with one tap when you want to remember how often you’ve breastfed, including during the night. Lumi suggests a time for the next nap based on your baby’s age and the awake periods you’ve logged. It is a planning aid, not a rule for when your baby should sleep. You can use Lumi without an account. Logs are stored on your device. If you choose iCloud sync, sleep and feeding logs can be restored on another iPhone using the same Apple Account.
